Joe Bishop has over 25 years’ experience in the Irish property market, with expertise spanning residential, commercial and development property at both local and national level.  A native of County Wexford, Joe holds a degree in Property Surveying from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) and is a Professional Graduate of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), having completed the Direct Final Examinations in the General Practice Division. He is also a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV).

Prior to returning to Wexford, Joe spent more than ten years with Dublin City Council as an Executive Valuer in the Planning & Economic Development Department.  During this time, he represented the local authority in Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) hearings and advised on complex commercial property valuation matters, gaining extensive experience in valuation, planning and property acquisition.
Since joining DNG McCormack Quinn in 2017 as a Senior Auctioneer & Valuer, Joe has established himself as one of the region's most trusted property professionals.  His in-depth market knowledge, honest advice and meticulous attention to detail have earned him an excellent reputation among vendors, purchasers and industry colleagues alike.
