Rob McCormack is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the Irish property market.  A graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) Bolton Street and Kingston University, Rob holds an Honours Degree in Urban Estate Management.

He began his career in Dublin with Hamilton Osborne King (now Savills) before relocating to Wexford in 2007.  Since then, he has established an excellent reputation across both the commercial and residential property sectors, providing expert advice on sales, acquisitions, and professional valuations.

As an RICS Registered Valuer, Rob is recognised for delivering accurate, independent, and reliable valuation services.  His approach is built on professionalism, integrity, and transparency, earning the trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and fellow property professionals alike.

Rob is a Registered Valuer and a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), reflecting his commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards within the property industry.
