The latest results of the DNG House Price Gauge (HPG) reveal that house prices increased across the capital by 2.2% on average in the final three months of 2024. The latest HPG results are in stark contrast to quarter four 2023, when the average price of a resale property across the capital increased by 1.1% on average.
