Having over 16 years of residential experience, Alan has an excellent knowledge of the greater Dublin area and has experience in providing a range of valuations for various types of properties throughout the region.
Having started his Estate Agency career in 2006, Alan has gained a wide range of agency experience including property lettings, property management and residential valuations. Alan takes pride in providing clients with the best quality professional advice that enables them to make informed decisions.

Alan is a TEGOVA (TRV Bluebook) Residential Valuer, a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (MIPAV), Confederation of European Estate Agents (MMCEPI) and The Group of European Valuer’s Associations (TEGoVA).
