"Liam has successfully run his own Estate Agency Business for the past 16 years and has amassed a wealth of experience in all types of property sales, lettings and valuations. Liam is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV). Liam is a registered  TEGOVA (TRV) and (REV) Valuer and is a fully licenced property services provider through the PSRA. Liam is highly committed to his clients and is a strong believer in delivering a highly professional service to his clients.

Raised on a beef farm in the heart of the Golden Vale in Tipperary, Liam still has a keen interest in Agriculture and continues to farm part time. Liam is a member of a number of farming groups.

Liam set up business in Tipperary Town as an independent Auctioneer in 2005. Over the years his business continues to thrive in South Tipperary and East Limerick. Liam attributes joining the DNG network in 2019 has brought his professionalism and efficiency to a new level.

Liam is married to Louise and has three children Robert, LillyAnne and Ruby. Their ideal family holiday is packing up and touring the West of Ireland and all it has to offer during the Summer months."
