In 2016, having successfully worked in the South County Dublin and North County Wicklow markets in both the Residential and Commercial sectors for the past twelve years, Declan felt the time was right to move back to Galway and establish Quinn Estates, bringing his skill set back to the county he loves, doing the job he loves, to achieve a first class service for his Galway clients. In 2018 Declan became a Partner and Director of DNG Joyce in Tuam, teaming up with John Joyce, bringing with it 50 years of expertise and knowledge.

Declan prides himself on customer satisfaction, going that extra mile for his client in order to achieve the right end goal and negotiate the best price possible on their behalf. A high percentage of his business are referral based and comes from his dedication to customer service.
