Brenda provides the very best customer service experience to Landlords and Tenants and deals with the day to day running of the properties, and ensure that all properties meet minimum standards.
Brenda has a lot of experience in dealing with Pre 63 Units, ensuring that all Fire Safety Checks are up to date and that Common Areas of Pre 63 units are kept clean and the gardens are kept clean and tidy.
Brenda also liaise with Sub Contractors and deals with any maintenance issues that the tenants may have, and she ensure that we are obtaining the best price from the Sub Contractors for the Landlord and the quickest response time for the tenant.
