Creating client files, updating property information on CRM system.
Knowledge of the local geographical area essential.
Liaising with colleagues to assist in the sales process when required.
Excellent telephone manner and proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
Experience:
2-3 years previous experience in a reception/ administration position.
ECDL qualification would be an advantage.
Personal skills:
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to pro-actively communicate with third parties.
Capacity to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
