Assistant Systems Administrator


The purpose of the role is to provide installation services, upgrading, maintenance and monitoring of software and hardware across the DNG network. To handle a variety of internal IT related support calls from the DNG Network. To provide onsite IT support across the DNG Dublin branch network from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

As a Systems Administrator your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Administration of the Windows and Mac OS environments including win 7/10, 2008, 2012, 2016 and Mac OSX
  • Facilitating and management of mobile devices on the DNG network.
  • Managing the CRM and business applications within the DNG network
  • Maintenance of the DNG website and its content and other online presence.
  • Provision and administration of email.
  • Administrator the LAN and WAN including firewalls, switches, routers.
  • Identification, diagnosis and resolution of hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot daily IT issues to agreed SLAs.
  • Required Education, Skills and Qualifications


As Systems Administrator your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Qualifications:

A minimum of a relevant IT diploma or equivalent and experience in a similar role required
Full driving licence and access to own transport

Skills:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a quick learner
Good relationship management skills, and a reliable point of contact for internal and external parties
An organised person who can self-manage multiple priorities, and an ability to work under pressure
Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work towards deadlines
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Produce output to a consistently high standard.

Sales Negotiator


DNG are currently looking for an experienced residential sales negotiator to work in one of our residential branches in Dublin. • You must have a current licence issued by the PSRA or hold relevant qualification in property studies.
