Pat originally started his career in auctioneering in 1970. He opened his own business Southern
Estates on Bray’s Main Street where he traded successfully for many years. The business subsequently moved to its current high-profile premises prior to going into partnership with DNG in 1998.

Pat’s 50 years’ experience in the locality makes him an expert in South County Dublin and North
Wicklow residential sales. He is well known and respected in the local property industry for his
professional handling of many high-profile sales. His passion for property and his professional work
