Mark graduated from the Limerick Institute of Technology in 1993 with a Diploma in Valuation Surveying and Estate Management. He completed his property studies in Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Estate Management.

Along with Gillian Dunne, Mark co founded Cusack Dunne Ltd in 2004 and the firm subsequently became members of the DNG Nationwide franchise in 2011.

Marks qualifications include full membership of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and he is a fully registered RICS Valuer. 

Mark has worked in the Munster region in the commercial and residential field where he has developed an established reputation gained over 27 years of experience.
