"John Ryan is a qualified chartered surveyor with 25 years experience. John received his IAVI in the mid 1990s and finished his degree in DIT. More recently, John completed his masters in marketing and continues his interest to further educate himself on modern marketing methods.

Raised on a dairy farm in Curraglass, Conna, Mallow, John was educated in St. Colmans, Fermoy before attending Mountbellew Agri College in Galway. John still has an interest in all things agriculture and is the DNG group representative for agricultural matters.

After working as an estate agent in London, John returned home to Mallow in the early 1990s where he has remained since. After working in residential and commercial agencies in the South Mall, John began his own estate agency practice in 1999.

Johns primary work is with Government bodies, as court expert, high end executive residence and commercial lettings and sales. John is a court appointed commissioner for oaths and is regularly called on for his expertise with future planning and development.

John is married to Marie with one daughter Joni, has won national level awards in amateur dramatics and has played music all over Munster He has also toured Germany and Denmark in his youth playing the folk circuit."
