Brief Description of Role
DNG have an opportunity available for a commercial valuer to join their busy valuation department within their Dublin head office. The ideal candidate will work on a full range of professional valuation services provided by the department including both commercial & residential assets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The valuations team currently works with an extensive client list of pillar banks, non-bank senior debt lenders, alternative funders, developers and private clients. You will be working as part of an experienced team that strive to provide a best in class service to its clients.

Applicants must have experience in the preparation of valuation reports for both commercial & residential properties. Experience valuing a range of asset types including investment, office, industrial, retail and development land will be an advantage.

Required Skills & Experience

Chartered member of the SCSI / RICS with a minimum of 2/3 years’ post qualified experience.

•    Proven experience of undertaking commercial & residential valuations.
•    Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce a high standard of work while meeting        our clients timelines.
•    Strong communication skills.
•    Excellent report writing skills.
•    Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.
•    Full clean driver licence and access to a car.
