Alan Denihan

Alan joined DNG Head Office in 2013 and with over 9 years experience in the property industry he has gained a wealth of experience in a wide range of areas including, Asset Management, Property Management, Sales and Valuations. 

Alan joined the valuations department in June 2018 and has spent over four years working on large scale valuation projects which DNG complete for various financial institutions and investments funds. Alan's work within the department also includes various administrative roles and oversight with regard to the on-time delivery of large-scale valuation projects.

Alan holds a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate from the University of the West of England, Bristol and a Certificate in Auctioneering and Estate Agency from Cork College of Commerce. Alan is a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) with Certified Valuer status. Alan is also a full member of The European Association of Real Estate Professions (MMCEPI).
